Welcome to Resonates.app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Resonates mobile application ("App").
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Resonates.app helps users save and reflect on highlights, quotes, and thoughts through our iOS and Android apps.
By using the App, you affirm legal capacity to agree. There is no age restriction.
Accounts are authenticated through Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
We offer a 30-day trial. After that, users subscribe via Apple or Google Play. Billing policies are governed by those platforms.
You retain ownership of your content. We do not review or share it.
We collect name, email, device info, and user content to operate the App. Analytics use Firebase and Google Analytics. No cookies are used.
Your data is securely stored in Firebase.
You can delete or export your data at any time via app settings.
We do not share or sell your data.
EU/EEA users have rights to access, modify, or erase their data.
The App is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
